2 KCP this evening @ChartersSchool - in such desperate need to show off his shiny white Ferrari at the Year 9 Parents’ Evening, he parks it *inside* the School, blocking the only disabled access.

This guy was parked at an angle when I parked next to him (straight!) which meant he didn’t have enough room to get out of his door. Instead of straightening up in his space, he chose to take up two. Now the carpark is full & others are stuck.
