For people asking about the correct Epitalon dosage - no one knows.
When Khavinson started his studies in Russia, he was testing the hypothesis that pineal gland extracts worked in humans. He used a specific extraction process and obtained a mixture of amino acids. He called that mixture Epithalimin.
He administered 10 mg of Epitalimin for 10 days to different patients etc, and those studies lasted 6–15 years.
During the course of those studies, his team isolated the active ingredient of epitalimin, which is epitalon.
And that was administered at 1000 times less.
So 10 ug per day for 10 days of epitalon was equivalent to the 10 mg epitalimin studies.
But his multi year studies were still ongoing with the pineal gland extracts, so he didn’t change those. But regardless, the dosing for peptides is not really known.
@nikitabier X should really have a way to click on an image like this and make it full size/full screen
I still find it kind of staggering that 90% of all coding work done the last 50 years was kind of effort because a machine could write it now in 1/10,000th the time.
Surprised more engineers aren't having an existential crisis.

Thanks @WholeFoods for selling me all this garbage for so many years!
There is going to be a preference cascade from imessage to whatsapp over the next couple years (everyone is already starting to prefer it in the big cities) and it will not be great for apple as they fall further and further behind on AI integration into the OS.
Fun fact if you elevate the head of your bed by 4-5" you'll get less swelling under your eyes in the am because the fluid runs down your body

In 2024 Professors Chan and Pak at UCLA and Rutgers proposed a case in enumerative combinatorics.
At 16 years old, I used a custom GPT-5.5 harness to disprove this case.

TSA has new machines now so you don't need to take your laptop out of your bag, and they got rid of the rule about taking off your shoes last year. Does that mean the only benefit of TSA-pre now is class stratification?
Basically the government creates shorter lines for people who pay $15/year and go through the work of doing an in-person interview for no actual reason?
