Welsh football player Evan Press has received a three-year ban following an Anti-Doping Rule Violation (ADRV) for Trafficking a Prohibited Substance, cocaine.
Cocaine is listed as a stimulant on the Prohibited List.

In the most recent testing period, April to June (Q1 2026-27), UKAD conducted 2,044 tests, including 1,395 out-of-competition tests.
One in three of these tests targeted sports which featured at the Commonwealth Games.

UKAD has successfully delivered its role as the Sample Collection Agency for the European Athletics Championships.
23 UKAD appointed Doping Control Personnel supported the delivery of testing at the event which hosted more than 1,500 athletes.

New Zealand professional boxer Joseph Parker has served a three-month ban for the Presence of a Prohibited Substance. At the time of this announcement, Mr Parker is free to participate in sport.

Northern Irish football player Ben Arthurs has served a three-month ban for the Presence of a Prohibited Substance - benzoylecgonine, a Metabolite of cocaine.
Mr Arthurs is currently eligible to participate in sport.

British para-cyclist Daphne Schrager has received a two-year ban for the Presence and Use of a Prohibited Substance.
A tribunal accepted that Ms Schrager had established that she did not intentionally use a Prohibited Substance.

For Clean Sport Week we surveyed young people (16-25) and parents about the misinformation they maybe exposed to online about Image and Performance Enhancing Drugs, such as SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators).
The results were concerning.
