Apparently @airwallex can't read Japanese.
They limit their JPY accounts to only accept payments from known companies such as Google, Amazon, etc. all good. But when a transaction came in from Google Tokyo written in hiragana they rejected it.

Finally regained access to this account after 3 years of Twitter support not being so helpful. Their new support system was quite painless, just wish it was like that before... Now what do I do?
