He’s turning into Kamala Harris right before our eyes. Ugh, the word salads! Now he is race baiting with a horrible ballot question.

This is one of the most shocking drops yet.
Coordination with foreign powers to overthrow our government?
Shockingly awful.
Having said that, I'd like to correct something I said on a Spaces where I commented that organizing with a foreign power to overthrow our government is "the very definition of treason."
I did some legal research and that's not quite true.
The federal law governing this is 18 U.S. Code § 2381, which reads as follows:
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."
The question then becomes, what is an "enemy" that must be "adhere[d]" to in order for it to be treason?
Like with most complex issues of law, there is not a 100% straightforward answer, but an 1863 SCOTUS case, U.S. v. Greathouse, suggests that an "enemy" in this context must be in an open state of armed conflict with the U.S. for a nation to be an "enemy."
So, technically, the Color Revolution plotters are likely not legally committing "treason" unless they are coordinating with Iran, the only nation we are currently in armed conflict with. (And they may well be, who knows!)
Sedition, OTOH? 😯
🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 10: THE ROLE OF FOREIGN STATES🚨
(First post deleted for typo)
How is an old government declared illegitimate and a new government declared the true successor?
Months before the actual transition, the following are achieved in advance:
• Civil society and activists get prepared for big uprisings.
• Media narratives are pre-seeded.
• Foreign officials provide cover.
The last point is what this drop is all about. You saw it last night - as soon as Lula "won" the election, EU officials and Alex Soros immediately swept in with their congratulations. That is a deliberate strategy to grant Lula legitimacy, not an organic congratulations.
The idea is to saturate the people with the idea that "this is the legitimate government, and you will accept it."
In these files, we see the various NGOs strategize on how to reach out to governments in advance and prepare them for what is coming. We also revisit how USAID OTI, the regime change arm of USAID, allegedly re-organized themselves inside the country.
We record one meeting taking place between Horizons Project and Catalonia officials. That we were able to document a meeting at all is unusual, because I'm told that these meetings are generally arranged at the highest levels and kept off the record (think Jake Sullivan, Norm Eisen level).
🚨@DataRepublican has been documenting the network discussing a “Fourth Founding,” with a political crisis potentially creating an opening for major structural reform.
I have been reviewing the Democracy Files exposed by @DataRepublican, @SKDoubleDub33, and @iamlisalogan. While going through them, I stumbled upon this document.
It matters because it shows what one possible legal vehicle looks like.
It is a ready made “Emergency Application” for a state legislature to invoke Article V:
“Be it resolved by the legislature of the State of ______”
If 34 state legislatures submit qualifying applications, Congress must call a convention to propose constitutional amendments. Any amendment would still need approval from 38 states.
The draft proposes changes involving federal power, spending, term limits, checks and balances, and Citizens’ Assemblies.
It also says convention delegates would be elected by popular vote, instructed through state Citizens’ Assemblies, and subject to immediate recall if they departed from their mandate.
No Article V convention has taken place, and the Constitution does not answer many of the procedural questions raised by this proposal.
An attached comment then suggests launching a January 2026 campaign for an Article VII “National Citizens’ and Constitutional Convention.”
That creates an even larger legal question..
Article VII was used to ratify the Constitution written in 1787. It does not provide a modern process for calling another convention or replacing the current Constitution.
This document adds an important piece to what @DataRepublican has been reporting.
The “Fourth Founding” discussion was not limited to just rhetoric about a future crisis. The documents include reusable legislative language for opening the constitutional amendment process, along with comments exploring an “Article VII” route that the Constitution does not actually provide.
Look at what @DataRepublican has already exposed.
In Part 2, she posted recordings of RAD figures discussing “red lines” that could cause them to consider the federal government illegitimate. The conversations included governors becoming anchors of political authority and the possibility of a “Third Continental Congress.”
In Part 4, she showed materials from a January 2026 exercise where RAD participants worked through emergency scenarios and national deliberations connected to structural reform.
In Part 8, she exposed discussions involving the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, including a message about consulting federal workers on “blocking” inside government agencies during emergency situations.
Those posts explain the crisis side of the strategy.
The document in this post helps explain the constitutional side.
It contains a ready-made state resolution for opening an Article V convention, while the comments consider an Article VII national convention and a Citizens’ Assembly that could help design the process.
Put together, the picture becomes clearer.
They were discussing when the existing government could be treated as illegitimate, who might hold authority afterward, and what process could be used to pursue a new constitutional structure.

If Question 3 passes, it will permanently weaken Maryland’s constitutional protections against congressional gerrymandering, giving future lawmakers greater freedom to draw districts for political advantage. This change would last well beyond Moore’s administration and apply to both Democrats and Republicans for generations unless the Constitution is amended again.

Guest commentary: Republican gubernatorial candidate Dan Cox writes that Marylanders face far more pressing issues than a national fight over congressional redistricting. bit.ly/4kj35eh

Fake & Gay!
Moussa Diawara, the Malian national featured in this shockingly poorly researched @60Minutes report, now faces allegations of immigration FRAUD after his asylum application surfaced, revealing that he claimed to be a HOMOSEXUAL man who feared persecution in Mali.
🚨 #FOXEXCLUSIVE: 60 Minutes featured a deported Malian national whose wife and two children spoke about how much they miss him and want him home.
But we exclusively obtained Moussa Diawara’s asylum application, where he said he was seeking asylum in the U.S. because he was gay and feared being killed if sent back.
Now, DHS is pointing to his case as an example of alleged immigration fraud.
In his own words, Diawara wrote:
“Although I was born as a boy, but things appeared differently for me as I was already having female behaviors and feelings.”
“I was more comfortable being intimate with boys rather than with girls.”
And describing his life after arriving in the United States:
“Since I came to the USA I had the possibilities to express my feelings to men without any embarrassment no reserve.”
Read the asylum application for yourself:
They spent years treating any suggestion of election fraud as an attack on democracy itself. Not just “wrong,” but dangerous. Something that had to be stamped out so the result would be accepted.
The rule was simple: the process is legitimate unless the wrong side wins.
Now a far-left Signal group is pre-building the exact opposite posture for November 5:
“GEM is organizing a protest (that we hopefully will not have) to be ready to go in the case our election is stolen. We’re already seeing evidence of election fraud all over the country; ballots in the trash, electronic ballots switching the vote, and voter intimidation straight from the White House… Our goal pre-organizing is to have everything set in place to be ready to advertise an emergency call-to-action on Tuesday and not have another last minute scramble.”
They are lining up the chat, the safety team, and the emergency call-to-action so that if the result does not go their way, the street response is already standing by.
The only way they would see a fraud narrative is if they’re going into the final stages of burning it all down.

South Koreans are now grilling pork and having barbecues outside mosques to protest Islamic immigration and the construction of new mosques in the country.
Absolute legends.
This is not Pakistan. It’s Seoul, South Korea.
A lot of people don’t know this, but South Korea has one of the highest levels of immigration in the world right now.
I genuinely don’t understand why so many countries have collectively decided to commit suicide by importing people from completely different cultures.
I get that South Korea has the lowest fertility rate, but this won’t solve the problem. It will only make it worse.

Wow. this is treason.
Let me translate… “Now that we no longer have USAID taxpayer dollars to fund revolutions around the world, we need you to help us take over the United States. It’s our turn.”
🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 3: AMERICA GETS THE FOREIGN-INTERVENTION TREATMENT 🚨
At what point does this become foreign interference of our elections?
To back up: the main group that Danielle Reiff and the other ex-USAID workers belongs to, Renew To Thrive (R2T) / Renew American Democracy (RAD) have an explicit strategy document. That strategy outlines "preparing for the worst" which includes the Insurrection Act or "election meltdown," and their goal is to get "structural reform" in place by that - a polite way of saying our Constitutional Republic has to be overhauled.
In July 2026, R2T/RAD invited foreign state actors to share experience with the American community, for the express purpose of operationalizing their expertise right here in the United States. All actors had experience in international community assisted transitions (I'll let you figure out what that is a code word for).
The disturbing part, though, is that all of the foreign actors' recommendations were implemented right here in America.
You may have seen news headlines like:
- Restore trust in processes
- Increased election security, increased legal presence at polls
- Democratic officials hold tabletop exercises
- Judges prepare for post-election challenges
To be clear, this video doesn't prove that this meeting specifically caused this cascade of escalations. But what it shows is that the democracy-promotion playbook the U.S. spent decades exporting, with situation rooms, observers at every polling place, prebunking and litigation paired with street mobilization, is now being run on America's own election. The same people are running it, and they're taking advice from the foreign actors the U.S. once backed.
Now when you look at officials talking about independent watchdogs or tabletop exercises... know that it's because they are now treating the United States midterms exactly the same as they'd treat elections in a third world country.
And I think more than a small part of them are hoping that it does become a self-fulfilling prophecy as it has in so many of those countries. (For context, my book Unelected documents that so-called "election meltdowns" are precursors to transitions of power via color revolution.)
Go outside. Spend time with your family. Enjoy your life.
All this constant doom and gloom shit is gay.
Anti-ICE “activists” in San Antonio are organizing a protest outside the American Public Health Association’s annual meeting on November 1.
Their flyer calls ICE enforcement a “public health crisis” and demands the closure of EVERY detention center nationwide.
The rally is scheduled for noon outside the Henry B. González Convention Center.

WTF?! MARYLAND JUST TOLD DAYCARES TO KEEP THE CHANGE. ALL $66.5 MILLION OF IT.
The state's own internal audits found $66.5 million in overpayments to childcare providers between 2023 and 2025. Invoices never came in. Sign-in sheets were missing.
Money went out for kids who weren't even enrolled anymore.
So what did the state do? It let them keep it. Maryland's education department announced it would not pursue "broad recoupments," and it even planned to hand back money that providers had already repaid.
One provider told FOX45 exactly how it feels on the receiving end: "We do not have to pay it back. We did not earn it. We did not provide the service for it."
Maryland law says overpayments get collected. This program exploded from $132 million to $560 million in five years, and the people running it admit they never had the systems to track the money.
That's your money. If a regular family got overpaid by the state, they'd be chased for every last penny. Daycare providers just got a $66.5 million pass.

This should alarm anyone who still believes the Constitution and the voters decide who governs America. An unelected political network is discussing “red lines” for declaring the federal government illegitimate, governors assuming federal functions, states coordinating with one another, and possible outreach to foreign governments.
Imagine the reaction if a conservative organization were recorded discussing the same plan.
The speakers call this democracy protection and insist it is not secession. But democracy is not protected by allowing private activists to decide when an elected government loses legitimacy or when state officials may bypass Congress, the courts, and constitutional succession.
🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 2: WHEN AND HOW TO DECLARE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ILLEGITIMATE 🚨
Some questioned whether a group of 200 ex-USAID officials could actually pull off their ambitions to rewrite the Constitution.
Here, they describe exactly how it works. They aren't working alone.
The videos all come from Renew to Thrive (R2T) group and associates. Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz play key roles within R2T.
R2T sits inside a much, much larger umbrella called United Democracy Alliance (UDA), which is an extremely hush-hush control plane of leaders from major "blocking" NGOs such as 50501 and Indivisible fulfilling various functions. UDA decides when protests get deployed, timelines, how to respond, all that.
R2T's role within UDA is concerned with "the day after tomorrow" - in other words, their function is to conceive what a rewritten American government will look like after the rest of UDA fulfills its purpose. As will be shown, Erica Chenoworth is credited with conceiving UDA in the first place under the Horizons "Big Tent" initiative.
Note here that National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A) is credited for operationalizing UDA. NSL4A is a group of 1,600 ex-military, intelligence, and diplomatic officials. They are led by Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith (Ret). NSL4A also played a key role in the "illegal orders" messaging which targeted Pete Hegseth. Zeitz is also a member of NSL4A.
It must be emphasized that the choice of a military-oriented organization to coordinate NGOs across domestic protests is an interesting one all in itself - especially in an umbrella conceived by a regime change expert like Chenoworth.
You will have a hard time finding any mentions of UDA in the public. They are extremely hush-hush and selective who they talk to.
Mike Smith himself makes a personal appearance in other calls, coordinating Insurrection Act exercises and roleplaying with R2G as one of the participants.
As the audio transcript shows, they have outlined a sequence of "redlines" in which case the federal government should be declared illegitimate. Invoking the Insurrection Act against "peaceful" protesters is one of the most discussed redlines. I will post the illegitimate criteria below, but basically, almost any effective pushback against NGOs is a measure of illegitimacy according to them.
Important to understand:
The audio shows they shopped this idea around governors, but the reality is that governors do not have to explicitly sign on to the pact to play their role in the coup. All they have to do is refuse troops in their state and let UDA / R2G do the work of dissolving the federal government.

This is how you know my recordings are real and they're scared. Washington Post already doing counter-messaging.
"A small group of U.S. national security officials has been discreetly advising state governments and congressional lawmakers on how to prepare for the possibility that the Trump administration will attempt to interfere in November’s midterm elections, according to people involved in the effort.
The group includes about 10 current and former officials with experience in the Defense Department, some of whom have previously focused on countering authoritarianism abroad."

I set some fake news straight on @60Minutes tonight, though as usual they edit out 95% of the answers.
I sat down with @60minutes to discuss the administration’s efforts to protect the integrity of the upcoming general election.
No matter what happens, we @CivilRights Division will enforce federal laws VRA, HAVA, and NVRA, to ensure every citizen’s vote counts!

Id like to point out that radical left wing protests in the US halted right after @camhigby and @DataRepublican outed them especially their leadership, training methods and communication lines infiltrated by people like @uneedsoap . Instead of dropping pallets of bricks and other things to throw at protests in the US, they've shifted their focus to europe (for now).
What you're seeing in France is not high school students, it's radical left wing lunatics and people looking to capitalize on this opportunity just to deastroy things to further their agenda.
The last thing I'll say is watch these videos and see whos businesses are being trashed and whos are being left untouched. Churches and Synagogues are burning, left and right for a reason...
