A lot of Western influencers seem to hate the idea that @MobileLegendsOL won Mobile Esports Title of the Year. While I do understand it's easy to point out that skins give minimal stat boosts and call it "completely pay to win", judging it solely by that standard alone is nuts.

Ranked play don't affect the esports landscape at all since everyone has the same stats anyway. The community don't give af about the stats, and legit just enjoys the game with their family and friends. These Westerners should just learn how to get out of their high horses.

What makes an esports title is an enjoyable competitive game that can be a spectacle. The people enjoy MLBB, the game itself is competitive, and people love watching it. The statistics don't lie, yet the hate still follows. You can enjoy your title without shitting on others.

MID LANE A choice around early game skirmish heavy heroes, or late game wave clear, or overall utility that allows double fighters to shine becomes the go-to mage selection ideology.

ROAM Disruption, sustain, and counter-engages become the centerpoint of roam in the current meta. Roamers are expected to fulfill multiple crucial roles in both early rotations, and fight-changing ultimates.

To that one kid wearing a Liquid jersey last night who called me as 'best caster' from the crowd last night, thank you. Going all out for work again today as usual. Fully inspired. I may not truly be the best, but I will keep doing my best.

MID LANE Safest for RG: Eudora / Rafaela Mid lane becomes a clear fight between who can allow the team to group up more, and who can provide better utility for the team. Overall, adjust to your roamer's strengths.

ROAM Best for RG: Atlas / Rafaela Setters take center stage once more now that the metagame encourages early group ups and skirmishes. Pick what your team needs, since roam picks usually account for how strong you are in the early-mid game.

MID LANE Mid lane still boasts a lot of variety pick-ups depending on team utility needed, but the safe answer is always to get 1 of 3 meta picks in MSC 2026.

ROAM Throughout the entirety of MSC 2026, Atlas and Belerick became the go to of multiple teams due to their abilities to deny space and land massive AOE CC to disrupt assassin junglers from fulfilling their roles.
