You cannot think clearly, build intentionally, or position yourself strategically when your mind is in survival mode.
This weekend, give yourself permission to slow down.
Not because you are giving up.
But because you want to keep going without losing yourself in the process.
Take a moment and look at your profile like a stranger would.
👉🏾 Not as someone who knows your journey.
👉🏾 Not as someone who understands your effort.
But as someone seeing your work for the first time.
In 10 seconds, what do they understand?
You made it to the end of the week.
Not every week looks like a big win.
Sometimes it’s just showing up, doing the work, and getting through it.
Happy Friday ✨
You’re doing everything right.
Learning. Practicing.
Trying to grow.
But you’re still not getting hired.
Why?
Because your skills are invisible.
Most people think the job market is about:
👉 what you know but It’s not.
It’s about: what you can show
“I’ll just Google it.”
That’s what most people say.
And yes — Google can teach you anything.
But here’s the problem:
👉 Google doesn’t know YOU
👉 Google doesn’t know your goals
👉 Google doesn’t know what’s actually holding you back
Most people don’t have a skill problem.
They have a positioning problem.
If I had to start over, this is what I would do.
If you’re tired of guessing your next step,
we’ve created something to help you structure it

Happy Easter from upskhill ✨
Easter is a reminder that growth often comes after seasons of uncertainty.
As you reflect this season, ask yourself:
👉 What version of me needs to rise next?
👉 What skill, system, or decision will move me forward?

It’s where I unpack what I’ve learned from a decade of scaling revenue — and where things tend to break.

New month. New energy. New decisions. 🌱✨
April isn’t asking you to start over —
it’s asking you to move differently.
So today we are rooting for you to continue the work you have started.
Most people think they’re underpaid.
But the real issue is this:
👉 They haven’t learned how to position their value.
