Hire A-Players, Win Big
Every top brand has this figured out: great teams are made of great people. It's a simple formula.
A's hire A's. B's hire C's.
The difference? It's about who feels threatened and who thrives on challenge.
Define what an A-player looks like for your brand—it's beyond skills. It's attitude. It's action.
A-players are your dreamers and doers. They're self-directed, needing no handholding. They see the vision and pave the way to it.
Want to become a talent magnet? Elevate your leadership. The rest will follow. What's your hiring strategy?
P.S.: If you are an A player (or a potential A player), you might find it interesting to open a dialogue with our people leadership team. #leadership #hiringstrategy
ALT A hire A's, B's hire C's
The wait is over! Exciting moments at Upsquare for past 2 days are here!
The devotion to our beloved Bappa, morning & evening aartis kept us gripped for 3 incredible days!
After a grand & loud welcome, (trust us, even Bappa was impressed), our celebrations demanded more volume.
We also extend our gratitude to Kavita Mam, Vivek, Rajan, Yogesh bhai, Yash desai, and all the other volunteers who made our "Chandrayan" theme a HIT! 🙌
This morning, our office feels a bit quieter. We are surely missing Bappa and the moments with him.
The wait for next year begins, and we can't wait to do it all over again!
Until then, Ganpati Bappa Morya! 🙏

Shoot for the moon. 🌝 Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars. 💫🌟
As they say, Like Chandrayan, we all have high goals. 📈 Sometimes we stumble, but we eventually reach a point where we’re ready to take off.
So on this Ganesh Chaturthi, We’re so loud.
And just look at it, isn’t it worth looking at?
We started our day with Ganesh Sthapana- भारतीय Style (that’s what we all will be called soon). Sone par Suhaga moment was our traditional attire.
Girls looked stunning in beautiful sarees, while boys rocked colorful kurtas.
But this is just the beginning!
Bappa is here with us for another 2 days.
So, there is a lot more to come. Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost......🎥🍿
To be Continued….

Nand Ghar, Anand Bhayo. Jai Kaniya lal ki!
Ah, the mischievous Makhan Chor, Lord Krishna! We all know the lengths he would go to for that delicious Makhan, undoubtedly his favorite treat.
Despite the risk of getting caught, Krishna fearlessly pursued what he loved.
Our team gets a chance to reunite with their families and celebrate this joyous occasion.
We've declared an official Friday off, giving our Upsquare Family a four-day weekend to cherish.

So, we pack our bags with excitement, and planning to make the most of this extended weekend.
But hey, before we leave, Upsquare wishes you a blessed #Janmashtami filled with loads of Makhan and good health.
P.S.: Do not carry this Makhan at your workplace ;)
