This is horrifying, unacceptable, and totally out of touch with what Texans want. Transgender youth are valid and deserve care, not unwarranted attacks on their families and doctors.
Abbott should focus on fixing the power grid failures which took hundreds of lives instead.
Texas Attorney General: “There is no doubt" that gender transition of minors is ‘child abuse’ under Texas law.
The Texas Dept. of Family & Protective Services will enforce this ruling and investigate & refer for prosecution any such abuse.

TX abortion providers are under attack. Many extreme #TXLege bills are rushing through the House, but #HB1515 is among the worst, as it would allow rapists to sue their victim’s abortion providers and family members for helping them get the care they need. #TXDeservesBetter
