This is the Baltic Way. On 23 August 1989, two million people joined their hands to form a human chain spanning 675.5 km across the three Baltic States of Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia. The protest was against Soviet oppression, and to support the independence movements of the three States and their desire to escape communism.

I recently went back into therapy after I was diagnosed with silent #depression. 1)
I haven't moved out of my active depression episode but I'm working on it. As I navigate these puzzle pieces of my childhood with my adulthood, I remind myself to be patient with me. To give unconditional love to myself that I wasn't given by the two people who shouldve given it.
To those who are self aware and recognize the they are active state of #depression, reach out for help.

Tonight, the 12-year-old and I watched the last few episodes of season 5 of holiday binge of @CobraKaiSeries
It was everything that I wanted it to be, and if there's not another season, I'm okay, but I feel like there is some more to tell. I just don't want it to suck.
Where does the time go? Not sure how much longer I got on this platform. It saddens me what has become of it. Only time will tell.
