Proud of this TEAM! 🔥
Able to make an impact in some new positions this week including a gadget play passing TD! Also was an extra point holder and I picked up a 2 pt conversion from a blocked extra point! Fun game!

Sometimes the best opportunities are worth waiting for.
The next chapter...
Announcement coming soon. 🏈

The culture of a program is revealed when coaches aren't watching.
How players practice.
How they treat teammates.
How they respond to adversity.
How they handle success.
Standards become culture when players choose to live them daily.

Faith isn’t believing everything will go your way.
Faith is trusting God’s purpose even when the path isn’t clear.
Keep showing up, doing what’s right, trusting the process.
“Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God goes with you.” Deuteronomy 31:6

Coaches can set the standard.
Leaders enforce the standard.
The moment players begin correcting each other, encouraging each other, and demanding excellence from each other…
The team changes.
#Leadership #txhsfb
R.A.I.D. Principle: RELENTLESS
Relentless isn’t doing something once.
It’s showing up every day when the excitement is gone.
When nobody is watching.
When nobody is cheering.
Consistency turns potential into results.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5
Great players trust the coaching.
Great coaches trust the process.
Great teams trust each other.
Faith is the foundation.
