We did not. We do not get paid for press, it’s part of our contract. It’s assumed that we would want the show to do well to ensure future seasons & future paychecks. It’s annoying & disrespectful that people are making a big deal of not getting $ to do a fan appreciation event.
Curious if the cast of the Dirty 30 promo event in NYC got paid unlike season 40 in LA... @v_cakes @BritniNicol @CoryWharton @JustJem24
But here’s a Pod I do support! Love you @DerrickMTV @SHOTOFYAGER 🫶
🚨VERONICA (@v_cakes) returns to #ChallengeMania!
📽️FULL VIDEO UP for the Pod Squad! Audio will be on the Main Feed MONDAY!
🎙️CLIP: Why she sadly won't be on #TheChallenge40:
I ignored their request in March & I will continue to ignore their request. No amount of free “flight & accommodations” or “wine” will get me to change my mind on supporting this podcast & the man behind it.
After all the shit he talks about you, please don’t go anywhere near that maga maniac’s podcast. It’s not even worth the flight @v_cakes
My name is @V_cakes to you. Entitlement is what you fans have over your fav: winning a final when appearing on a season. Give your favorite grace & maybe she will be more enjoyable to all of her housemates.
TAKE ME BACK!
Ace was a party animal back then! I miss when the cast of #thechallenge would have fun parties @v_cakes @TinaBarta @DerrickMTV @rachel_fitness @TheMarkLong
You must have a really short reach on “Challenge Fans,” babe. I think the fans have spoken & they actually reside with ME.
Challenge fans reside with Julian (MTVexposed) on Instagram as his beef with @v_cakes on Twitter continues to expand.
The fan perspective is crazy on things. Some fans blame me for Tonya’s abuse on The Ruins yet her “abusers” blame me for them being held responsible. Both groups of people BLAME me & hold grudges TO THIS DAY.
Yessssss!!! I would love to be on an adult-like show where you really have to use your brain for once!
Hey @peacock Just a suggestion but I think you should give @JustJem24 and @v_cakes an availability call for season 3. #TraitorsUS #TheTraitorsUs
Traitors OMG. I didn’t want the episode to end! The suspense for next week’s episode is real! @TheTraitorsUS
Cried myself to sleep last night when I learned new episodes of @TheTraitorsUS are released weekly from now on. I need the rest of Season 2, NOW. #TraitorsUS
