I decided to start an AI-native strategy/expansion consulting agency, and for the past two months, I have been developing a country-selection harness.
The ultimate goal?

After performing 304 searches across 16 markets and screening 1,681 unique websites, I now have my first results:

So, let me get this straight... @Ledger analyzed the market and found that people, more than anything, want an HWW that's:
1. Secure, with as little attack surface as possible
2. Easy to use (Mistake-avoiding)
3. With wide support (Coins, DeFi...)
and...
Absolutely tone-deaf; I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually pull it and refund everyone, since I can't really imagine which ICP would actually buy this product.

The last thing we need is competitors dunking on @ledger to score cheap marketing points.
If retirement attacks are possible, this threatens all of self-custody.
Today it's your competitor. Tomorrow it could be you.
I’d abstain from jumping to conclusions on the Ledger supply chain, declaring CryptoBilis insider involvement, until we know:
- Are all the affected wallets truly from them?
- If CB is responsible and it’s an inside job, why is Ledger the only affected hww?
