🇵🇱🇪🇺 Polish politician Grzegorz Braun is now calling for Poland to LEAVE THE EU after a confrontation over the country's Constitutional Tribunal.
Braun accuses Prime Minister Donald Tusk's government of using police to seize control of the court, calling it an attack on the rule of law.
He warns Poland could end up with TWO rival constitutional courts, each recognized by opposing political camps.
His proposed solution? POLEXIT.
Braun argues that withdrawing from the EU is the only way to resolve Poland's deepening constitutional crisis.

“In Poland, we have a liberal-left government led by Donald Tusk, who is the Prime Minister. What is happening right now with the Constitutional Tribunal is that they want to take it over and fill it with their own people.
Why? Because they want to get rid of the Polish currency, bring us into the eurozone, and eliminate our secure borders. They are being pushed by the Germans, who want to spread the burden of illegal migration and send migrants to Poland.
First of all, the Polish złoty is our constitutionally protected currency. They have to change the Constitution to replace it, and without the Constitutional Tribunal, they cannot do that.
So, number one, they want to get rid of our currency and force us to adopt the euro and join the eurozone. Then they want to take our gold reserves, the largest in the European Union, to Frankfurt, to the European Central Bank, which is a German-based institution.
They also want to open our borders. And they want to make sure that when they lose the next elections, which are coming next year, the Constitutional Tribunal will be unable to do anything to stop their actions or reverse what they have done.
There are many more reasons, but I want you to understand one thing: they are under German influence. They are globalists, and we are fighting not just for Poland, but for Europe.

Oświadczenie Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej Karola Nawrockiego
Tej nocy doszło do naruszenia porządku konstytucyjnego RP i siłowego przejęcia konstytucyjnego organu państwa. Odbyłem konsultacje z Pierwszym Prezesem Sądu Najwyższego Zbigniewem Kapińskim, który również nie uznaje za legalne działań podejmowanych przez osoby uzurpujące sobie władzę w TK.
Wzywam do przywrócenia porządku prawnego i opuszczenia terenu Trybunału przez siły przymusu skierowane na miejsce przez rząd.
Do Trybunału Konstytucyjnego umożliwiłem wejście legalnie urzędującego wiceprezesa Trybunału Konstytucyjnego sędziego Bartłomieja Sochańskiego.
W związku z zagrożeniem bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej na dziś zwołuję pilne konsultacje z udziałem przedstawicieli sił parlamentarnych w celu doprowadzenia do stabilizacji sytuacji politycznej i przywrócenia porządku konstytucyjnego.
Dziękuję wszystkim, którzy są pod Trybunałem Konstytucyjnym, stając w obronie Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

You can cancel an election and ban the winner from running (Romania), you can ban your opponents from ever running again (Hungary), you can threaten to ban the main opposition party and subject it to relentless investigations by the secret police (Germany), you can threaten a ban on the leading presidential candidate and make them wear an ankle monitor (France), every member of your circle can be investigated for corruption (Spain), you can try and cancel local elections because you will lose them (Britain), and you can storm the constitutional court with riot police because you want to control it (Poland).
You can just do all these things. The secret is you just have to be on the right side of the European Commission.

🇵🇱🚨 Liberal authoritarianism in action: An attempted JUDICIAL COUP is unfolding in Poland!
Police have been deployed to the grounds of Warsaw’s Constitutional Tribunal, while attempts are underway to suspend its president and vice-president through a highly disputed process. According to reports, Prime Minister Donald Tusk personally ordered the police operation.
The constitutional crisis is so severe that President Karol Nawrocki interrupted his official trip to Senegal and ordered his plane to turn around over Spain to return to Poland.
In Warsaw, police are deployed around independent constitutional institutions. In Budapest, lawfully elected heads of constitutional institutions are removed from office, opposition politicians are barred from running for re-election, and people are imprisoned on political grounds.
This is arbitrary rule. When those in power see constitutional safeguards not as rules to respect, but as obstacles to eliminate.
Absolutely unacceptable!
