Today I’m attending Vardifest, a big celebration of the amazing @vardi and his impressive career. The day started with a tribute from his colleagues from Rice. What stands out is that everyone mentions his supportive mentorship. #Vardifest #FLoC2022 #AcademicTwitter

It has been inspiring to listen to Professor Moshe Vardi @vardi today and "How to be an ethical computer scientist". I love the idea of having a "lovelacian oath" in computer science. This talk has given me more strength to keep on fighting every day. Thank you, Moshe!
I've just registered to a lecture that I've always wanted to hear: How to be an ethical computer scientist eventbrite.com/e/moshe-vardi… Knowing Moshe as a top formal-logic researcher, I am sure his take on ethics will be different from the usual social media preaching. @vardi
