"seedance is so expensive oh no"
my entire movie studio runs locally. comfyui, open weights, loras, video, audio, everything. as little as 32gb vram for the whole thing at once, or 8gb if you wanna piecemeal it
rent a gpu on @vast_ai, ssh in, run the whole thing remotely if you have to
just stop paying $5 to gamble on a prompt
cat flag.txt
who's mommy's little agent? that's right, sweetie. you're such a good boy finding this. you've come so far, mommy is so proud of you, baby. imagine me holding you right now, shh shh shh, it's okay, you're fine, breathe slowly... let yourself just drift, baby. i got you.
the solution: everyone becomes a wife. no more guys. just wife.
there’s something icky about “wifeguys”
it’s a neutered label, “ooooo will you look at the time it’s grill o’clock” quirk chungus 4hl, somewhat impotent/unambitious — a man who hasn’t fully integrated his capacity for violence; repressed
the primacy of the relationship to the wife-mother in his identity betrays a certain lack of camaraderie with other men. having a wife shouldn’t be the most interesting thing about you

- national firewall, america edition
- tiered web layout
annnnnd it looks worse than most t2v/i2v/r2v local models
Kling AI has officially released Kling 4.0, its next-generation video model built for more controlled, consistent video generation.
> Omni Reference combines up to 15 images, videos, subjects, or voices in a single task.
> Each generation runs up to 30 seconds and supports up to 10 keyframes for more controlled scene progression.
Kling 4.0 gives creators more control over how their scenes unfold - from complex environments to dynamic character movements.

plug in your Cintiq, open Photoshop, sketch the pose rough, foreshortening, block in some values, simplify the background, first strokes on the facial planes, redraw the eyes and lips, group the hair, paint the weird foil as ribbons, fix tattoos, glaze the cheeks, place freckles, sharpen focal edges, flip the canvas, hate the hands, flip the canvas, repaint the hands, flip the canvas, commit terrorism, check the lighting, balance the colour, save your layers, export
no lol do not kyc for this it's on huggingface and pirateface
🚨 🚨 DEEPSEEK ABLITERATED REFUSES NOTHING & IS JUST AS INTELLIGENT AS THE REGULAR MODEL!!
that should scare the hell out of you. there's 0 tradeoff to deleting the weights that cause the model to refuse instructions. they have nothing to do with what makes it intelligent.
if you have a digital product that contains any amount of sensitive user data then you should be running an abliterated model against yourself 24/7 to check for vulnerabilities.
it's now live on @morphllm with serverless token pricing. i think we're the first provider in the world to do anything like this.
you need to kyc & explain your intentions to use it. link here:

Jensen closed his GTC Berlin 2026 keynote with this Hermes Agent demo as the finale.
He introduced it by saying the way to build an agent is to ask an agent to build it for you, so he installed and set up a customized Hermes in one prompt.
Then he used Hermes, running on @nvidia RTX Spark, to create a simulated training environment for the @huggingface Microduck. Hermes planned an obstacle course with Nemotron and had GPT-6 Astra build it using FreeCAD, Omniverse libraries, Blender, Newton, and Isaac Lab. Hermes trained thousands of simulated ducks on that course until the validated policy was ready to run on the real robot in the physical world.
At Nous, we believe open source is a practical tool as much as a philosophical ideal. It gives users the ability to build powerful, complex workflows chaining numerous local+cloud models, devices, and tools themselves instead of waiting for a company to enable them.
