It's worth noting that Democratic partisans are already bragging about how they're going to do all this if they get back into power. It's also worth noting that the most bloodthirsty Dems are NOT DSA types, but establishment/center-left Democrats.
Some examples I curated from Dem bots/trolls who constantly show up in my mentions. One of them is a shill for Pete Buttigieg, of all people. (Also lol at the Louise Lucas meme after she got arrested for money laundering.)
I point this out because there's going to be an inevitable trend of cope from blackpillers about how we should support moderate Democrats because "Democrats will be in power forever and moderates won't be as bad." This was what fueled the Andrew Yang astroturf years ago: I once had someone tell me "Republicans failed. At least Democrats will give poor whites healthcare." A friend of mine supported RFK's presidential campaign because he thought Democrats would cheat themselves into power forever, so we might as well have a Democrat who's not as bad.
Nigga, the so-called "moderate" Democrats are more vocal about wanting to kill you then literal communists. They're on a generational losing streak and their narcissistic reality is constantly getting punctured.
What Lula and the Left did in Brazil, the Democratic Party will inevitably do in America.
They appointed their own partisan hacks to the bench in as many seats as possible, then appealed to the legitimacy of the courts even as they dismantled any semblance of impartiality. And once they had control of the courts, they used them to install a soft dictatorship that had the veneer of democratic legitimacy.
Any attempt to overturn this will now, ironically, be called an illegal coup. It's genius if you think about it. Abuse the constitutional order so thoroughly that your enemies' only remaining options to fix it are, by definition, outside the bounds of normal constitutional law.
This is exactly what the Democrats plan to do in America once they inevitably have the votes to pack the Supreme Court.

Texas resident and construction company owner Benny Melendez says he’s regretting his decision to vote for President Trump in 2024, in part because of ICE’s deportation efforts.
“He said he was going to go and get all the criminals,” Melendez told CBS News’ @camiloreports. “Our workers are not the criminals.”
Melendez says many of his workers are now scared to show up to work, fearing arrest and deportation.

The Supreme Court has formally endorsed a sentencing regime in which punishment depends on your race.
In the recent Cope case, the Supreme Court upheld a reduced sentence for an Indigenous offender who brutally assaulted his intimate partner.
The trial judge imposed five years. A sentencing circle, an Indigenous conflict-resolution practice, recommended three.
The Supreme Court said three was right, scolding the trial judge for not giving enough weight to “Indigenous legal traditions.”
There is no such thing as “Indigenous law.” And Indigenous traditions should not override Canadian law as written by Parliament.
The result?
An offender receives a discount, not because of the facts of his crime, but because of his background.
This is not justice. It is racial accounting dressed up as reconciliation.
Make no mistake: equality before the law, a foundational principle of Western civilization, no longer applies in Canada.
The Supreme Court has replaced it with a system in which justice is administered according to group membership, ancestry, and historical grievance.
And it does not stop with Indigenous offenders.
The same logic is being extended through Impact of Race and Culture Assessments to other groups.
The principle is always the same: some Canadians are treated as members of groups with historical grievances, while others are treated as individuals responsible for their actions.
The People’s Party believes in ONE STANDARD OF JUSTICE FOR EVERY CANADIAN. You do the crime, you do the time. Full stop.
We are the only federal party willing to say what the Liberals and fake Conservatives will not: Canada’s courts must treat every victim and every offender equally before the law.

Letitia James’s mortgage problems didn’t begin or end with the 1983 Queens mortgage identifying her and her father as “husband and wife.”
The paper trail spans more than 40 years.
1983, Queens: A $30,300 mortgage identified James and her father as “husband and wife.” The deed identified them as father and daughter.
2001, Brooklyn: Her property at 296 Lafayette Avenue received a Certificate of Occupancy identifying it as a five-family building. Yet subsequent mortgage documents repeatedly represented the property as having fewer units.
2011, Brooklyn: Her federal HAMP mortgage modification paperwork identified the five-family property as four-family. HAMP eligibility was limited to properties containing one to four residential units.
2019, Brooklyn: A $100,000 Citibank home equity credit line identified the property as four-family. The debt was omitted from her 2019, 2020, and 2021 sworn financial disclosures.
2021, Brooklyn: Citizens Bank mortgage paperwork described the five-family property as a one- or two-family dwelling. The debt was omitted from her 2021 sworn financial disclosure.
2020, Norfolk, Virginia: James purchased a property on Peronne Avenue for $137,000, financed with a $109,600 OVM Financial mortgage. That mortgage remained active in the property records but was NEVER disclosed on her annual New York financial disclosure statements. Rental income reported in 2020 disappeared from subsequent disclosures.
2023, Norfolk, Virginia: James acquired an interest in a property on Sterling Street financed with a $219,780 mortgage.
Here’s the critical sequence:
James first informed the lender that she did NOT intend to occupy the Virginia property as her principal residence.
She subsequently signed a residency declaration stating that she WOULD occupy the property as her principal residence.
The mortgage required principal-residence occupancy within 60 days and for at least one year.
At the time, James was serving as New York Attorney General.
She also executed a power of attorney authorizing her niece to act on her behalf in the transaction.
The $219,780 mortgage debt was omitted from her 2023 sworn New York financial disclosure.
This wasn’t one erroneous description on a mortgage document.
For four decades, the records show conflicting property classifications, contradictory mortgage occupancy representations, and debts omitted from sworn financial disclosures.
These are recorded deeds, mortgage documents, government Certificates of Occupancy, and sworn financial disclosures.
Not anonymous accusations.
The records are the records.
