Negotiators say they’ve reached a phased ceasefire agreement in Gaza after over 15 months of unrelenting Israeli bombardment. But the final deal hasn’t been announced yet. The Israeli government is expected to formally vote on the deal on Thursday. Gaza’s health ministry says Israel has killed at least 46,700 Palestinians, but the actual number is estimated to be much higher.
