As I recall (it was months ago), the office needed me to be elsewhere and Delta couldn't accommodate the new time and destination.
I have a flight refund from a canceled @Delta flight for several hundred $$$. I tried to use it today. Was told can only use it on the return leg of a flight, but not on the return leg of the flight I was booking. I should be able to use it for any @Delta flight. Why fly Delta?!
