Thank you for this report as a fellow researcher in related areas what @vic_forests is doing across this state is obscene in the extreme. So much destruction of trees land & creatures cannot go on unchecked. It must be disbanded now! The employees have plenty of time to reskill

How can @vic_forests kerp doing this knowing the real time impact they are forcing in the whole environment? What are they harming so many native creatures deliberately? Why are they not planning to reskill themselves? So many of us do this throughout our lives!

Golly, gee! When, indeed. Complicit in a wide scale deception to allow uneconomical, unsustainable, unethical logging of Victoria’s precious native forest. Shame.
That's only part of the truth. Many planned burns are logging burns, which give off large amounts of smoke. Sometimes the smoke ends up in the city, affecting millions of people. When will the EPA start policing logging burns?
