Because management now wants to invest more in AI infra
And in China, companies can still earn profits but the sky high expectations from these stocks have started becoming normalised
In my opinion, a massive wealth transfer has just taken place from masses to a few
But everyone still says AI will make humanity richer
US job data also shows more jobs have been created by AI than being destroyed
So, I believe an unprecedented wealth concentration without widespread prosperity revolution has just showed its first major impact
Because, maybe technological progress and human progress are not necessarily the same thing 🙏

This just makes me think that H127 layoffs sound intense. Is this a pre-layoff round?

Aí ele "pra que, se eu já recebo o teto para essa carreira numa empresa top? Só ia ter mais trabalho para não ganhar a mais, não vale a pena"
