Duo-Man is now Deck-Man!
Expanding my app to have a unique experience on all platforms and not just the Duo, so it only makes sense to have a better name reflecting that.
See you October 23 on the App Store!
If you have a Duo and Deck-Man, Untangle the tape with Apple Pencil. :D

Deck-Man and LookUp both in there! :)
I tested a TON of iPhone Duo apps - if you're looking for great apps to start with on day one, here you go! 🙌🏽

Also on @reckless 's review of the Duo! I can finally say that my app's featured on the Verge! :D

ALT Two hands holding a smartphone displaying a cassette tape app with a yellow cover screen. The screen shows "It's no surprise that I love the Deck-Man app," indicating a positive review. The device is resting on a decorative metal table.
Surreal to see @ijustine's iPhone Duo review open with my app Deck-Man and it's literally a VHS tape ad! (Haha! all my ideas around making videos for Deck-Man were around that) 😱

So good to see Deck-Man in there.
The little cyber-deck app is perfect! :D

I’m blown away by the apps developers have built for the iPhone Duo. Had a chance to talk to @viditb about DeckMan, Netflix, Notewise, Ungodly, Instagram, any Times Cooking and more. More to come.
Me and the one and only Vidit.
How cool would it be if Apple Music’s app icon changed color based on the album that’s playing and the refractions updated based on the song.
Introducing a new identity for Apple Music, physically shaped by an original composition from @fredagainagain1 and NEST Acoustics.

‘the apps aren’t optimized’
least original take, it happened with the 5, 6, and X and it becomes a non issue almost immediately
it’s not even Friday yet
So excited to see Deck-Man in @JoannaStern 's review of iPhone Duo. Also funny to be compared to the Lighter App that I totally got when my dad got the iPhone 3G. 😂

Sucks! Sean’s channel was always so informative. :/
🚨 Going out of business sale 🚨
iOS dev course sales plummeted due to AI. It costs a lot of money to host my courses online and with sales at basically $0, I've cancelled that hosting.
This closes down the site which unfortunately removes access to the courses.
I want you to have the courses you purchased forever, so I've added the ability to download my course videos so they are yours.
I've put my recent course on sale at a large discount so you can get it before it's gone and I've made old courses available for free if you want to grab those too.
The school will be online until November 24th so you have a few weeks to download these videos at seanallen.teachable.com
Thanks for learning with me and supporting my work over the years. I appreciate it.
Played this on a non-Duo phone, and the interactions are so good! 💯
The blue Apple Watch really goes well with a broad range of watch bands. First gen leather band included.
One of the most stylish movies of its time and one that stands the test of time. Loved it back then, saw it again last year and I loved it 19 years later too.

Duo phone. Duo customer.
The Typography and Fonts talk from WWDC 2016 made me a system font convert. SF provides so much functionality for free.
Dumb phones, screen time apps, digital detox, frictionmaxxing are all a response to the same thing.
We’ve spent the last 18 years flattening everything into a smartphone app. And people are realising that poking away at glass isn’t always a fun thing to do.
