@DanielLurie @sfpublicworks it’s great that you’re clearing out homeless people from Union Square but if those homeless people are then dispersing out into the neighborhoods and routinely shitting on the sidewalk in front of residential buildings you’re not solving the problem. Why is there no real response on these 311 cases? We pay way too much in taxes for the city to be doing nothing about this problem and ignoring this disgusting unhygienic safety concern.

Your actions as a leader indicate what's more important to you - building the right things the right way OR to assert the power differential that's in your favor. When your words say the former, but the actions clearly indicate the latter - that's when you lose trust.
. @HomeDepot it’s been 3 months since I placed the order for an appliance. They’ve made 4 “attempts” to deliver and I still don’t have my new washer & dryer. I am not even surprised anymore when they just don’t call or show up for delivery. Just give me my effing money back!
