No more grace? Why underestimate public intelligence?

…but only as long as better alternatives are constructively articulated along with the criticism. I wish sanity and statemanship returns to AP politics in particular. Till then, most important thing is continuity of developmental work and administration. Idealism can wait. 4/4

Failing to come back to power will undo many initiatives and disrupt the momentum. The political world out there isn’t an ideal one and requires political acumen not just to survive but win. The methods followed for this may appear unacceptable and worth the criticism….3/4

…but more by “intellectuals” and “socially concious” people. Political survival and returning to power is one of the most significant objective for current dispensation along with getting funds from central govt. 2/4

Communists in India always differed with govt with good intention but never constructively with alternate solutions to what they oppose. Noticing a similar pattern about the coalition govt in AP, but less by communists this time…1/2

Now it is our turn, after having paid xtra luggage charges for 1kg overwt, to wait in a crowded security hold area for next 3 hours, where seating capacity is scarce and no @IndiGo6E staff can help to make it easy. But they were very righteous in collecting xtra luggage charges.

To top it all, now the flight back to Hyd is delayed by >3 hrs, an announcement made only after security clearance, 15 mins before boarding. Reason - President Murmu is expected to fly out and hence incoming aircrafts are denied permission for a defined window of time. 2/3

Update - @IndiGo6E has been consistent with their #IndigoMadeDifficult experience and they charged us again for +1 kg over weight on a 15kg limit for each passenger. This time we were very compliant and paid without complaints because of the anticipated behaviour. 😅 1/2

The check in counter staff and her manager are adamant, argumentative and tried to establish that they don’t have any authority to waive 4% overweight which I know is untrue. Extra Amount is not the issue here but the inflexibility and unpleasant experience certainly is. (2/2)

#IndigoMadeDifficult”-is an art @IndiGo6E has mastered. Round trip with family of 3 members involving multiple flights with overall ticket fare of more than 1. 1 lks and what do you get to experience-a very cold staff demanding to pay for 2Kg extra where the limit is 15X3kg (1/2)

"Every second child born anywhere in the world is vaccinated with vaccines made in India" is a powerful statistic often used to illustrate India's dominance in global vaccine production. India produces between 60% and 70% of the world’s total vaccine volume. 👏
