Today I saw MORE seemingly educated people using surgical gloves just to hold DRY brooms. They were actually sweeping a few DRY LEAVES off the pavements. We are a laughable lot.

Guys cleaning streets (charity drives and CSR groups) using single use surgical gloves and dumping them on the streets after the activity. Later street kids blow them around like ballons. Use the right gear & stop the pretence while your only mission is budgets consumption.
