Remember the Red book and the Blue book? When parties had platforms and weren't just names and brands?
I'd like to imagine what a poll would look like if pollsters omitted parties and rep names from polls. Candidates would have to run solely on platforms.

Not to be that guy, but my grandparents’ transit system had 200 kilometres of light rail with 400 streetcars that served 100 million riders per year, in a city of 400,000 people. (Today transit serves 50 million riders in a city of 800,000)
Winnipeg Transit is evolving from your grandparents transit system of the past to one built for the future. #WCCSOTC

This is what pedestrians deal with on a daily basis. Blatant disregard.
ICYMI: #Ottawa drivers are using the bike lane after flex posts were removed for winter.
In fact, one tried it while we were recording an interview with Coun. @rawlsonking 👇

Good question. One answer is in how we normalized risky behaviour, and accepted poor judgement and lack of training as accidental, rare and one-off, when it is anything but.

Wow.
Almost half of Albertans believe the intent of transitioning Canada to clean energy is to deliberately punish Alberta workers.
How do we move the conversation forward when that is the starting point?

It’s time our transit network worked for shift work, grocery store trips, visits to the park & to the homes of our family & friends. It’s time for frequent service all day, into the evening & on weekends. Email your councillor today. functionaltransit.com/stop-p… #connectwpg #wpgpoli

The shoot was way up in the high desert and between takes something along the side of the road caught my eye.
It was almost as if it was scripted—you can’t find a place to film a TV show about traffic fatalities where a person hasn’t already been killed by a car.

Great thread from @awalkerinLA: When we were shooting our segment on how it's totally legal to kill someone with your car, we found a roadside memorial right next to our set. Car fatalities are an unnecessary epidemic that touches every part of the country.
