Tricky one indeed. If I recall correctly, this is the Python initialization bug that took down Digg years ago -- not just the website but possibly the whole company with it, as documented by @Lethain here: lethain.com/digg-v4/ screenshot of the paragraph:

A corrupted CSV file, or a bad regex logic, or someone clicked on the CSV file directly and opened with EXCEL by default then saved it. My guess is the last...
According to the official AK voter rolls, there are actually *nine* official genders in Alaska:

Ok I did some research on this, apparently it's a generalized form of butterfly theorem (en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butt…) - on a "kite", not a circle. There's a more general form (O no need to be center), a MUCH neater proof provided below (not by me!), Supposedly it's a famous problem!

We can convert this from geometry into algebra using analytical geometry by putting it on a coordinate system, the rest of the proof is just algebra. I'm pretty sure there's a better way though, this is way too labor intensive and I probably made mistakes somewhere... – at San Jose, CA

Great observation👍 Taking the 3 letter pattern to an extreme: an app (like the ones in Apple app store) is pronounced as Ei-Pee-Pee in China, and Australia shoe brand UGG, is U-Gee-Gee there too.

See El Eye - typical pattern, 3 letters said as letters, 4 letters or more turned into a word, like USA and NAFTA, even when 3 letters could be said as a word
