🚨 Node.js warns of HIGH-severity security vulnerabilities.
Security fixes are coming November 11 for Node.js 26.x, 24.x, and 22.x.

I have private DMs with MrHodl going back to 2020.
He could easily have reached out via different channels instead of acting like an absolute slop bot on the public timeline.
As expected after checking in with relevant people, his “report” is nowhere close to the critical kind that would have required immediate action. Anyone could have generated something similar by throwing a clanker with zero context at the software architecture or decisions and asked it to find vulnerabilities.
We have had no issue dealing with red teams disclosing via proper channels for months. Airing it out to me is just intentionally being a nuisance.
Time is extremely scarce right now and resources can’t be allocated chasing ghosts. We receive dozens of these “reports” weekly. We look at every single one of them.
Please engage as a real human would, not just another bot on the timeline.

We closed the week with Shot for the Moon, a Bitcoin-themed shooting range experience at a secret location in Ticino, with @giacomozucco, @efenigson, @1MarkMoss, @JoeNakamoto, @spacebull, @RunwithBitcoin, and @coinjoined, in partnership with @chimera_wallet. Then we unwound at the Bitcoin Hotel with a dinner among friends.
