Nick Gilbert of Poetry of Stone made our beautiful stone mirror, so Nick was the obvious choice to turn ~200 pounds of corks into bulletin boards. These boards came out more beautifully than we could have imagined!

The Dubliner is a Gary "gaz" Regan cocktail from the late '90s. When a customer requested it, we made one with our Watershed spin (subbing Amara for Grand Marnier!) Well balanced despite its simplicity. About time we had an Irish whiskey cocktail on the menu!
