Waxwork Records presents the 30th Anniversary Edition of Marilyn Manson’s Antichrist Superstar, the landmark 1996 album that shattered boundaries, provoked controversy, and forever altered the landscape of alternative music. This ferocious collision of industrial, metal, and theatrical rock remains one of the defining albums of the 1990s. Officially created as a definitive physical edition for longtime fans and a new generation discovering its influence, this long awaited deluxe release features the re-mastered album pressed on stunning Midnight Blue with Iridescent Gold & Green Haze colored vinyl. Barbara Forever, directed by Brydie O’Connor, explores the films, archive, and ongoing cultural impact of experimental filmmaker Barbara Hammer. Through her own images and words, the film centers Hammer as a prism of the cultural ecosystems around her — through the feminist and queer movements in 1970s San Francisco; the male-dominated New York art world of the ‘80s; the New Queer Cinema movement of the ‘90s; and expanded LGBTQIA+ representation in art and culture in the 2000s.
