weatherham.com wasn't updating today. Now it's fixed.

I found a bug in which weatherham would show yesterdays stats instead of todays. And now it's fixed!

Whew, we were in danger of being charged by heroku with their latest upgrade. Weatherham is now upgraded and we should be safe for a while
