AC/DC was always two brothers at its core, Malcolm and Angus Young. Here they are backstage in 1983, minutes before a show, warming up together.
A casual blues becomes the intro to “Hells Bells.” No frills, just the synergy that built one of the greatest rock bands ever. We lost Malcolm in 2017.

Nothing beats a timeless classic to start the weekend.
Released in 1976, this beautiful song remains pure musical magic.

I texted my children that we got the puppy they’ve been begging me for and sent them a link with pictures. 🐶When they clicked on the link, it took them to a webpage that said YOU’RE GROUNDED. They’ll be spending the weekend retaking our family’s cybersecurity training course.

There's something about The Band playing
"The Weight" at The Last Waltz that just settles in your chest.
You can feel how tired everyone is, how much they've already carried, and how none of them are pretending otherwise.
Then the Staples join in-especially Mavis
—and suddenly it's not just a song anymore. It's a room full of people quietly admitting they need each other. The load doesn't disappear, but it shifts. You stop feeling like you're the only one holding it.
Some music just reminds you that you don't have to do any of this alone.

This might be the craziest story we’ve heard all year.
Nancy Lieberman shares a Big3 locker room story with Metta World Peace that Stak never heard until now.

This acoustic Hotel California solo has been living rent-free on YouTube for years, and every time it gets taken down someone just uploads it again.
The bends on a steel-string are ridiculous, the tone is perfect, and half the comments are people arguing about whether it's the original Acoustician version or another copy. Meanwhile the Eagles have spent decades being notoriously protective of their catalog. So the question sits there: at what point does a viral guitar cover stop being free advertising and start being something they should actually go after?
Plenty of bands quietly benefit from stuff like this. Others treat every note as copyrighted territory. Curious where people land on the Eagles specifically.

Sure, Anthropic may have stolen all the world's intellectual property, destroyed the education system, incited mass layoffs among the corporate class, devalued all art and destroyed social trust but somehow they also managed to lose $80 billion in the first half of 2026

Doc Watson invented the idea of the guitar as a lead instrument in bluegrass. Decades later, Billy Strings carries that torch, and you can hear it here.
His cover of Bob Dylan’s “Don’t Think Twice” follows Doc’s arrangement, note for note.
The flatpicking lineage, alive and well.

This is one of the finest, most powerful television ads I've every seen. Do American a favor and share this everywhere.
Heart, not policy papers.
Love, not hate.
Hope, not fear.
Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.
