My Mac turned into a brick, so a lot of my logins were nuked. But I am back and v1.4.0 of Recordly will be dropping very soon.

at @blackbirdvc high school startup camp rn Saw @albysjourney, amazing story and really cool what he’s doing with 10x, turns out he’s used my app @RecordlyHQ so that was sick

For now, at least

my Mac broke lol will be getting it fixed

What if you had annotations, clips, and zooms all in one dynamic view?

🥳In Recordly, you'll soon be able to copy paste zooms, annotations, and audio: This is a feature I found helpful myself when I edit these demo videos to post

Never let AI loose on your code! A feature was lost because we didn't review AI code. Caption-editing was removed in the latest release of @RecordlyHQ but now we've added it back!

New feature dropping 👀 @RecordlyHQ will soon support this style of webcam PR by Suri:

Been receiving a lot of reports about videos being shorter when exported in @RecordlyHQ lately. Will look into it! It does seem to only be happening on Windows. As always, PRs are welcome!

This means you can point to stuff in your recording with arrows and it won't be fixed on a position, it'll move with it

Your preview inside Recordly will soon now match output! Stuff inside the preview is now faithfully proportioned to exported sizes. See what I mean:

Thanks to @RecordlyHQ, I'll be able to purchase our own iPhone and begin development on iOS apps👀 (I'm 16, parents put screen time limits on current phone) Most likely will be a mobile version of Recordly, but down the line the possibilities are endless for mobile apps! And obviously I will have unrestricted access to my phone which is a huge plus 🥳

You'll soon be able to add annotations that stay with the frame instead of fixed on the screen!
