Much of what does or doesn't succeed with kids, from policies to discussions to routines to lessons, can be traced back to how we framed it in the first place.
Framing is the art of creating context for teaching and learning.
Frames matter.

No summative assessment is complete without including student voice.
Here are three questions to ask:
1. What are you most proud of?
2. What do you think needs strengthening?
3. What will you do differently next time?
"Instead of asking, 'What do I think of this idea?' ask yourself, 'What does this idea make me think of?'"
