i think therapy was the worst thing i’ve ever done, it just made me so much more aware of how capitalism is the root of most of people’s issues and how “therapists” will try to make it an individual issue that can be cured, but the violence is systemic. (personal experience!!)

Here is a phenomenon that is rarely addressed in the climate discourse. The disruption of energy flows by anti-imperialist forces implies a denial of cheap energy to the world’s largest consumers of hydrocarbons: the imperialist centers. This not only has the potential to dramatically reduce emissions. By facilitating the redirection of energy flows, it also eventually gives states that have been denied their sovereignty the ability to recycle energy production into national development. And that ultimately diminishes the imperialist ruling class’s ability to buy the consent of its own working class for imperial violence. That is why anti-imperialism remains the only viable climate strategy.
