Where tf is the community note? Even though they made up a racist name, they really used Theresa Claiborne (a SUCCESSFUL pilot) as the image of incompetence to cover a white man's mistake, and Twitter just letting them get away with it.
The fact that they lied about a successful black female pilot (real name Theresa Claiborne) to "prove" racial and gender incompetence, then switch to gender incompetece when they find out a white woman was involved, whole time it was a white man who led everyone to their death.

I looked into this and apparently the judge who let him go free has a history of giving sex offenders lenient sentences. There was even a 2025 petition made to have him removed from his position after he allowed a man who admitted to sexually abusing a 6 year old to not have to register as a sex offender and suspended his sentence to just probation.
Prior to that he allowed another man who plead guilty to raping a teen to also not have to register as a sex offender AND suspended his sentence to just probation as well. There are apparently SIX different cases where he has done this not including this case.
His name is Judge Michael Whyte and these are the case numbers where he has allowed men who have raped and abused children to go free.

Bodycam footage shows Florida deputies arresting a mother at an airport after authorities say she left her four children, ages 9, 11, 12 and 14, home alone while traveling to Las Vegas for work.
Irene Miller, 50, was taken into custody Friday as she stepped off a plane. Two days earlier, one of her children had called 911 after a dumbbell fell on her 9-year-old brother's head.
When deputies arrived at the family's Kissimmee home, they found the children without adult supervision and had the injured boy taken to a hospital, where he was treated and released. Miller now faces four counts of child neglect.
