What an incredible day: 2018 Sprint Distance European Age Group Champion! Had to dig really deep on the bike and run; absolutely amazing to get on the top step! So many people to thank and immensely grateful for the support that makes this possible.
Dreams can come true! 9 years in the making from my first go, an @worldtriathlon age group championship medal at the super sprint race in Abu Dhabi. Huge thanks to everyone: clubs, coaches & supporters who made it possible over the years! Super motivated to kick on for 2023.
Provisional 2nd overall at the Tri England AG Standard Distance Championships today. Struggled with injury/form in first part of the season & lots more work to do, but heading in the right direction again! Huge thanks @VO2MaxRacing for running a great event - so good to be back!
When every second counts! Great to finish a very short triathlon season with a 2min30 course PB at the East Leake Sprint Tri on Sunday for 2nd place. Huge thanks to Endorphin Sport for a superb event and great to be heading in the right direction for 2021!
A good few days of racing: 10 mile PB on Thursday night @RaceRapid & 4th overall @PMARacing Derby Tri with improved splits vs last Sat. Grateful to both race organisers for great events & the opportunity to compete- good to see fitness heading in the right direction for 2021.
A joy to be back racing @UK_ATW Box End Triathlon - 2nd overall today.
A bit disappointed with some of the splits - not helped by being a muppet and taking a wrong turn on the run course - but race fitness and racing brain will return!
Great to be back: onto Derby next week!
Here we go! First race week of 2020 coming up! Can't wait to get back out there at the Box End Triathlon this Saturday- fingers crossed it's the first of a couple of tris as a good test of fitness before getting stuck into winter training.
Good to be back in the melee and the mudbath at national xc with @vphthac. Work to do to get back to full run fitness- but digging in at races like this will help! Congrats to everyone who ran!

2020 season starting to take shape! On the start list for @ETUtriathlon Age Group championships at @Challenge_Famil Walchsee 25-28 June.

We love a river crossing! 🏞🌊 Thanks @HillingdonAC1 for hosting another great @metleaguexc race! Both our men and women's teams remain in 2nd place and both our oldies are goldies... Next up Ally Pally!
What winter weekends are made for!
Loved racing in the rain for 12th at the North of the Thames XC yesterday; long ride in the crisp autumn sunshine today.
Quality swim/bike/run time banked, and plenty more XC racing to come in the next couple of weeks!
Really cool to feature in @gllsf #MondayMotivation this week!
'Love the process': enjoying the journey, consistently ticking off the training and focusing on improving little by little each session is my motto for getting faster over the winter ahead!

Great afternoon with @vphthac at Southern 6 stage road relays- qualifying for national championships on October 6th! My time today not setting the world on fire but happy to gain a couple of places. Back to triathlon next weekend for my last swim/bike/run race in 2019!

Is anyone racing at the Brighton qualifier this weekend??..... and travelling down from the Bedford area???...and has room for another bike in their car???? #needrackandregisterSaturday #cantgetheresaturday 🙏🏻
3rd place in the tier 2 race @BritTri Elite Championships. Disappointed to miss the lead group out of the swim but worked hard in the chase pack & ran solidly to move up from 11th to 3rd. Not a perfect race but good learning for next season & good to bounce back after last week.
DNF at AG World Championships. Riding in 2nd but a puncture at 30k ended my race. So gutted but I will be back to try and win it. I wanted to say a huge thanks to family, friends, supporters & @uktricoach for getting me here. I've had my best season yet & still some races to go.
