A massive thank you to Cindy Butts the Independent Advocate for England & Wales for mentioning Robbie's case yesterday to the Public Administration and Constitutional Committee & for requesting the Ministry of Justice extends her jurisdiction to individual cases such as Robbie's.

I agree Mary. If the CPS prosecuted doctors who intentionally exacerbated the grief of bereaved parents or families, following a negligent death, by causing them psychological injury, as a consequence of their dishonesty, were prosecuted, cover ups would be significantly reduced.

I really don’t know what to say to you. They were so handsome the boys . I hope you are okay. The pain of losing your children is so hard to bear. I am praying for the truth to be revealed 💔💔🙏

I agree Paul & thank you.
It's commendable that so many doctors & nurses are prepared to speak out publicly about the Lucy Letby case.
However, when grossly negligent doctors lie & falsify med records to cover up a child's death & evade accountability most look the other away.

Pls RT: When a doctor's error causes the needless deaths of our children or loved one it changes our lives forever.
When they lie, falsify medical records & cover up, it destroys our family life, as we have to fight for truth, justice, accountability & learning.
RIP Robbie xx

The harm it causes is on a level very few would understand.

Looking the other way inevitably means a professional has to live with what they’ve witnessed, creating a lifelong burden on their mental health, living in a false narrative.

Exactly Joan & nothing of significance has changed over my 36 years of campaigning
Since raising legitimate concerns as a member of HSIB I've been excluded from participating in all NHS groups and conferences.
I know too much & have proof of ongoing 'NHS's Cover Up Culture'.

RT: Interesting @JamesTitcombe. As fellow members of HSIB's EAG, a decade ago, I opposed 'No Blame', 'Safe Space' & 'Selective Disclosure'.
Neither you or any of the EAG supported me as was the case when William Vineall stopped only me from meeting @Jeremy_Hunt re independence!
Today’s Thirlwall report says that the move to a ‘no blame’ culture in the NHS in the 2000’s was a mistake.
I wrote about this for HSJ earlier in the year:-

You and your family were badly let down by those who know of Lucy Letby's MOJ that absolute disgrace of So called Dr namely Dewi Evans especially on medical legal side of things. Best wishes Will
Our niece has sent us this very special photo of Robbie & Ian with their twin cousins Beverly & Vicky in between them.
It's impossible to put into words how much we love & miss them both and how losing them has changed our lives.
RIP Robbie and Ian xx
Love Mammy and Daddy. xx

It’s shocking that @nmcnews have taken nearly 7 years to act in this case - action take to protect the public now is not safe and effective regulation.
