ALT The 2021 Pinot Gris from Colab and Bloom Tasting Room is a delightfully fruit dense and creamy PG. 🍐 Pears to the front, with and apply character too, lovely aromas and brightness of both acidity and fruit. Finishes lip smackingly dry and fresh. 💋
ALT This wine is prettily perfumed with juniper, white pepper, pear, apple, guava and a waft of cinnamon wending their way through your olfactories. The palate is textural, slightly grainy and long with a decent whack of acid coiling around the fruit and generating a sense of life and energy. 🤗
ALT Lienert Vineyards have been farming in the Barossa for 150 years and decided to add some vines to their property about 20 years ago. 🍷🍇 When they decided to start making booze, we conspired with them to come up with a wine from the best parcels of their best seven clonal selections of Shiraz.
