Encoder is working but it does not show up on boot. Needs a hotplug to be detected for some reason. Good enough to start taking bus traces and emulating.

Controls unwired and cabinet removed. Just the quill to remove before I have to get back into sketchy stuff.

Started disconnecting the control cabinet

Hopefully. will be a while before it runs. Just trying to break it down enough to get off the trailer
