Creators, did you know there's multiple Brand Agencies that don't make you sign an exclusivity deal? Be VERY careful when signing contracts, get a lawyer for the high dollar stuff. The 500/hr cost of a lawyer is way better than years of lost income from a blood sucking contract.

If you have a normal IRL daily job, your hourly rate is NOT typically what you're truly worth. Your hourly rate is what you employer values you in that position. Make you're own value higher, be more efficient and effective with your time, don't settle. Diversify your skills.

The amount of exclusivity contract bullshit I've seen lately with "talent agencies" is absurd. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE talk to other creators, multiple talent agencies, etc, before signing your lives away. 🥺
