I know DC hates acknowledging characters not named Batman or Superman but their collective magic slate is *hilariously* OP. Not just compared to Marvel but compared to *most other DC characters* too! Even the most random d-list magic users (ex: Black Alice) are crazy powerful!

That said there’s RULES. There’s RESPECT. No one’s trying to kill anyone even though the Rogues’ stuff would kill literally anyone else in seconds. They know their opponent is a competent & mostly benevolent chaos agent who thinks of fighting them as a particularly dangerous game
