I spent an entire day researching/reviewing this and I’m coming out of hibernation to write an essay analyzing the communication strategy.
Would be useful for every corporate professional who wants to tell their own stories better.
Would y’all like to read?
The founder of Flutterwave wrote a full essay to explain the work going on internally and you as a corporate person think you should let your work speak for itself??!
Please book strategic communication sessions with @workwithlenora o
We’ve been preaching this for years and just recently evolved to offer consultation sessions.

Last week, I attended a 2-day intensive customer acquisition training with @TByusuff, sponsored by Akin Alabi, and it was SO practical and amazing.
I learned a lot about designing winning offers, how to analyze data from ads campaign, and immediately put together an audience intelligence report for @workwithlenora.
We now have better clarity on our audience segments, the messaging territories to dominate, and the offers that resonate with each.
Fun fact: I almost missed the training because my confirmation email went to spam. I had to DM Toheeb on Tuesday night to hustle a spot, only for him to tell me I’d already been selected. (Once again, my audacity & conviction never fails me🙏🏽)
Honestly, I’m so grateful for how Lenora keeps stretching me, the knowledge I’m acquiring, and the person I’m becoming in the process.
Here’s to learning more, applying better, and doing phenomenal things ahead.
It’s forever Day One!! 🦋

In May, I made a decision about Lenora that required me to trust a feeling I couldn’t prove with numbers. And now I have!
I made us pause operations @workwithlenora and lowkey thought we’d never be back.
I just had this nagging feeling telling me “Omo this isn’t it o. Should we really be here?” and ‘cause I take the things I commit to superrrrr seriously, I couldn’t ignore it and hope it would go away so I simply stopped moving.
As a chronic moving woman, I felt so crippled Jesus.
After a few days of tears, I drew up a list of questions I needed answers to. Then I called one of my mentors. Spoke to her, prayed for more clarity and in July, came back like we never left.
From then on, I started heavily documenting everything I wanted Lenora to be. I thought about the people we wanted to serve, the work we wanted to be known for, and the kind of team we needed to build to get there.
Four months later, we’re working with C-suite executives to tell their stories & communicate the depth of their work, our offers are more valued, our direction is so clear, I’m even having conversations I thought would be in the farrrr future and I can’t even believe how much has changed in such a short time.
I was explaining this to my brother using Google Maps. How you can be halfway to your destination, miss a turn, and then the little blue line finds another way.
On the other hand, we humans find it hard to reroute. We get so attached to how far we’ve come that we forget to ask if we’re still going where we want to be.
Now, I have learned the lessons I needed from May, a lot of my questions have been answered and I’m wondering what else is possible if I keep trusting my convictions.
If I keep making the difficult decisions.
If I keep believing that Lenora can be everything I’ve imagined for it, and so much more.
It’s probably also why the theme ‘Courage & Conviction’ is making me look forward to Moonshot.
I’m super curious about the things people are building, the decisions they’ve had to make, and all the things they’re still trying to find the courage to do. Quite frankly, I could use the ginger for our next phase.
Plus before we even go that far, is there something you’ve been wanting to try for the longest, yet keep talking yourself out of?
I’m curious and would also like to say, ‘play the full film! What if it works out?’

Everyday for excellent work.👏👏👏👏
Win of the day: I just got off a review call with a client whose LinkedIn reputation we manage, and I channeled my question-asking self and said: “what's your favorite thing about having Lenora as your reputation partner?”
And she literally giggled and said “You guys are very intentional. You care for my success in a way that makes me feel less alone”
Idk if it's the onions in the kitchen but I have tears inna mi eyesssssssss!!!
This right here is the culture and standard.
I feel very seen and happy about the gift @workwithlenora is to us all.
