So much for "Fastball Freddy" Freddy Peralta got scorched for 5 runs (3 walks) over 4.2 innings as the Brewers shot 16 blistering hits out of a cannon--to hand the Rays a 10-1 drubbing at Tropicana Field. In World Series play, no team has ever recovered from a 0-3 deficit.

Whether this becomes a real Series hinge on the Rays performance tonight. Seven teams have won a best-of-seven World Series after losing the first two games on the road. The most recent were the 1981 Los Angeles Dodgers. Photo Image: Yahoo Sports Infograph: Talkin’ Baseball

What a World Series Game. Whatever an opposing team puts up, the Brewers just bat it back down. Game 2 was Milwaukee's 6th come from behind win during this postseason. Incredible!

Uh, is it bad form to fire the third base coach in the middle of Game 2 of the World Series for sending a catcher on a single to short LF and Jackson Chourio perfectly positioned defensively? #RaysDown

Interesting finish to GM 1 of the WS. The day is drawing near when a team will think they won the World Series; but upon further review, the call is overturned, but unlike what happened last night, the team given another chance-will flip the script-and turn the game upside down.
