He sighed watching him walk away. “Happy birthday to you too Shads”

“Whoa calm down Shads!”

Sonic quickly spin dashes into the remaining ones then lands a few feet away from Shadow. “Hopefully that was all of them”

Sonic sees them appear but focuses on fighting them. “Alittle help Shads?”

Sonic moved next to Shadow when he saw them. “Well atleast now they’re out in the open. We could take them” he goes and attacks one of them.

“Argh! Yeah that’s new” He turns away from Shadow. “ANYMORE WANT TO FIGHT?” He calls out to whatever robots are still around.

Sonic’s eyes widened and he quickly turns around and spin dashes it away. “Why are they attacking me?!”

He watched Shadow. “Sense anything Mr Ultimate life form?”

“So what should we do? Look around some more?”

“Nope, that seems kind of suspicious to me”

He quickly searches the area making sure there aren’t anymore robots around then heads back to Shadow.

“That’s exactly what I was thinking. Should we split up to cover more ground?”

“Is there anymore robots around?”

Sonic coughed recovering from being in the water. “Thanks Shads. I hate water so much!”

“Aww come on. I’m not cheating” He lands on a tree branch by a lake and is suddenly tackled into the water by one of Eggman’s robots.

“Faker? Haven’t heard that in awhile!” He tackles Shadow into a nearby tree then speeds away.

“Really? Cool! Now I’m going to win this race!” He speeds up running even faster.

“Aww come on Shads will you atleast come if they do throw a party for me?”

“Well it is yours too. And you should celebrate it” He smirks and runs faster.

“So are you up for celebrating our birthdays this year?”
