I wonder how out odd out I am in not having a single care at all about multiplayer in cyberpunk.
I don't want to do missions with friends, I want a personal experience to myself for something of the cyberpunk narrative ilk.
Not complaining if they add it, but I just feel so outside of the general population in not wanting a multiplayer cyberpunk.
Cyberpunk 2 is looking more and more likely to have multiplayer.
A new CD Projekt RED job listing for a Lead Quest Programmer specifically mentions experience with multiplayer network architecture and client-server synchronization for game state and quests.
That follows previous Cyberpunk 2 job listings focused on online systems, matchmaking and network technology.
CDPR still hasn’t officially confirmed a multiplayer mode, so we don’t know exactly what form it would take. It could be online co-op, a separate multiplayer mode, or something else.
