I am prepared to defend all of my choices. Haven't seen all of the gear around each, so things can change.
Overall, I understand the NHL is trying some new things with gradients and textures but some of the color/design choices confuse me. However, some are perfect 3rd Jerseys.
Wally confidence on full display making this save outside of his crease and making another high danger save look easy. Even more important is the timeliness of it, 2 goal lead to start the period could’ve been cut in half and let the Caps take momentum but he shuts it down.

From the far camera angle you can tell how early his eyes lock onto the puck and see how patient he is before making his move to push out and close off the distance on the shot release. Insane amount of poise from Wally again with a little flair tacked on.

Bogosian has looked solid being called on to fill in that 2nd pair role tonight. Almost 20 minutes of ice time, 4 shots on goal including that great jump into the play to drive the net in the first period.
