Dr. Mary Bowden just revealed that RFK Jr. called her for the first time only days before releasing her bombshell letter on mRNA shots.
“Kennedy actually called me … ”
And she directly pressed him to pull the mRNA shots off the market.
This is what happened:
“He wanted to talk about making ivermectin over the counter and needed my help.”
“We spoke for like 5 seconds about ivermectin.”
“Then I moved on to the mRNA shots and pressed him on why he’s not pulling them off.”
“He said that he could get sued.”
“He said that people aren’t getting them anymore.”
“He told me that the NIH needed to do their own study.”
“And when they tried to do one, they didn’t have anybody who would sign up for it.”
“He actually called me back the next day to talk about it further.”
“I told him about the compilation of studies that REACT-19 has on their website.”
“4,551 peer-reviewed published studies showing adverse issues with these Covid shots.”
“He asked me to email those to him.”
“And he said that the NIH would do a meta-analysis on them.”
“At the time I just kind of took it at face value.”
“And then … you realize, he didn’t really need my help with ivermectin.”

Most people have been taught that sunlight (especially UV) is dangerous and that avoiding it prevents melanoma. Centralized dermatology and medicine have repeated this for decades, while giving the public a convenient distraction (your phone and other tech) to keep them indoors.
The data tells a different story. From 1935 to 2012, melanoma incidence rose roughly 23-fold. During the same period, people spent less time in the sun and used more sunscreen, sunglasses, makeup, and clothing that block UV.
At the same time, NHANES data from 2023 showed that 22% of people are vitamin D deficient (under 20 ng/dL) and 92% sit under 50 ng/dL.
Dr. Jack Kruse points to levels above 60 ng/dL as optimal.
My latest labs had me at 62 and cholesterol level at 195 (down from last year of 79 and 237) and my HDL down from 90 to 50. I covered this in my soon to be released next podcast, but getting sick in early September was my best guess....both help to recover.
Even with extensive outdoor time (an outdoor office 4+ days a week from April to October, often 8–12 hours of sun), darker skin or certain medications can limit how high levels climb—yet the broader population remains far below that range.
Low vitamin D is linked to higher risk across all cancers, not just melanoma.
Blocking the sun also blocks more than vitamin D: melatonin production, dopamine signaling, nitric oxide, beta-endorphins, and melanin. Studies have indicated that avoiding the sun can be as harmful as, or worse than, smoking in certain health outcomes.
I say most smokers are healthier than non-smokers, simply because they need to be outside to smoke.
Cancer initiation is tied to a hypoxic (low-oxygen) environment and the breakdown of mitophagy—the process that clears damaged mitochondria. When this continues, cells shift toward a Warburg-style metabolism that relies on glycolysis instead of efficient oxygen-based energy production. Loss of apoptosis (programmed cell death) follows, creating conditions cancer exploits. Artificial light and reduced natural sunlight accelerate these problems.
The practical starting point is simple: reclaim morning and midday sunlight without the full suite of blockers and sun cosmetics whenever possible. Prevention through proper light environments is far more effective than later interventions.....

The neighborhood is Magnolia Cove in Sherrills Ford, Catawba County NC.
Jill Menson and her husband bought their house believing it would be their LAST home and five years ago, their HOA fee was $158 a month.
This summer it shot up to more than $1,200.
Plus a $10,000 ASSESSMENT on top of that.
On Monday night, the HOA board voted to raise fees AGAIN, from $1,250 to $2,500 a month.
That’s nearly SIXTEEN TIMES what they paid five years ago.
And the meeting?
It was held over ZOOM.
Menson says they’ll be forced out with nowhere to go, because no one will buy a house carrying fees like that.
So they went to the state for help.
The North Carolina Attorney General’s office told Channel 9 there are NO STATUTES limiting how much an HOA can charge.
None.
As long as the board follows its own documents, it can charge whatever it wants.
