Damn I liked him on Cover Two
Blaine Bishop is out at 104.5 The Zone after nearly 17 years.
The former #Titans safety is no longer co-hosting Cover Two with Zach Lyons.

Titans subplot:
Ex-#Titans DT Jordan Elliott went to his car to retrieve his gun after a practice altercation with OT JC Latham last Thursday (Oct. 15).
After being told to leave the field, Elliott took off his pads and stormed out of the facility, then went to the players' lot. Security cameras captured the sequence. Veteran DL John Franklin-Myers talked him down, and no one was hurt.
The Titans released Elliott on Tuesday after reviewing the incident. He signed a 2-year, $8M deal this offseason.
News of the incident was first reported by @eastonfreeze and additional details provided by @AaronWilson_NFL.

#Titans HC Robert Saleh with a passionate defense of Jordan Elliott following his release after going to his car to retrieve a gun.
“I will stand on the table for Jordan’s character. Unfortunately, rules are rules with regard to guns on property. And sometimes it’s far greater than the knee-jerk reaction of kicking somebody when they’re down. My message to 31 other teams would be if you need a helluva run-stopping D-tackle that can help you on a playoff run, give me a call. I’ll tell you everything you need to know about him. He’s a good man. Had a terrible lapse in judgment that I recognize as a call for help more than a criminal act. It’s unfortunate the way it went down. As far as Jordan’s concerned and the locker room and all that, I think people see it differently here than the knee-jerk reaction of the world.”
Something about this movie. It’s beyond god awful but I still love it.
What’s your under-20% Rotten Tomatoes “hear me out”?
Not talking about the usual picks like HOOK or BULLET TRAIN. Give the genuinely unpopular opinions.
MORTAL KOMBAT: ANNIHILATION (1997) has just 4% on Rotten Tomatoes, but the ridiculous dialogue, bizarre character choices and gloriously cheesy fight scenes make it a hilarious time capsule of ’90s video game movies. It’s a complete mess, but watching Shao Kahn deliver lines like he’s auditioning for a wrestling promo has its own charm.
What’s your pick?

Sam LaPorta on not receiving an extension from the Lions, via @PardonMyTake:
"You know, like last year, whatever it was, Week 9, Week 10, you know, I break my fucking back for the team and then I'm going out there this year and I'm balling and maybe they're just not showing the love ... And in three months, if I don't get to wear the Honolulu blue and play for the Lions anymore, it's going to be all good. I'll go get paid somewhere else."

It’s time we call out national corporate media companies who have bullshit policies that FORCE their “journalists” against proper accreditation of news broken.

This is total bullshit for the Tennessean to not credit @eastonfreeze and @AtoZSports who broke this story.
They would have given credit to the Tennessean if roles were reversed. Total bullshit.
Reports: Gun incident led to former Titan DT Jordan Elliott's release from the team.
- Tennessean yesterday did not locate a police report from Titans facility
- Public records show no gun-related crimes in Elliott's past
- Titans not commenting
