Fat Joe addressed the criticism he faced for using the N-word on the Joe Budden podcast.
He attempted to provide context about his upbringing in hip-hop and how it relates to the word.
He believes that the word originated in music, and his connection to music justifies his use of it.
Do you agree with his perspective?
It appears that Zeus is leading the way in the reality TV industry. Are they the first TV network to sign a streamer in Deenthegreat?
Anyway this video better be tough with the potential those shots had.
Why did Cleveland become so influenced by Texas music at one point?
Artists like Paul Wall, Rasaq, Mike Jones, DSR, FAT BASTARD, and Chamillionaire all played a role in shaping Cleveland’s underground music scene.
What was the connection? Was the South simply more vibrant, or was there some cross pollination happening?

Ethan Klein's own crew kicked him off the podcast he spent 10 years building, and it took them one night. By the next afternoon he'd agreed to give up his ownership of the show and of his wife's clothing company too.
It started Thursday night, when his wife Hila posted that he'd been having an affair. She says his story kept changing, from "just a kiss" to "emotional cheating," until he finally admitted it had been going on for more than six months. They've been together since 2007 and have three kids.
A few hours later the entire H3 crew put out a statement saying they stand with Hila and won't keep working "with Ethan involved or profiting in any way."
Those last few words are why he folded so fast.
H3 makes its money from fans who buy what the show sells. Teddy Fresh, the clothing brand Hila started in 2017, grew up selling to that same audience. So when the people those fans actually tune in for basically told them not to let a dollar reach Ethan, his ownership stake turned into a liability overnight. As long as he got a cut, every fan had a reason to stop buying anything with H3 or Teddy Fresh on it.
He figured that out within hours. His statement says he's working to "urgently remove my ownership and financial stakes" in the podcasts, Teddy Fresh, Teddy Glow and any joint venture, so fans can keep supporting Hila and the crew without making him money.
If this sounds familiar, it's because Silicon Valley watched the same move in 2023, pointed in the other direction. OpenAI's board fired Sam that November, more than 700 of its roughly 770 employees signed a letter saying they'd quit, and he was back running the company within five days. Founders hate hearing what both stories prove, which is that when a company's product is its people, the real board is whoever those people decide to follow.
Founders spend years negotiating voting control and board seats. Ethan's name was on the show as its creator, and once his crew picked a side it barely counted. I run a creator business with a team too, and I'd bet almost nobody in this world has thought through what happens the day the team picks a side.
